The Office of the State Authority, Compensatory Afforestation Fund Management and Planning Authority (CAMPA), Andaman & Nicobar Islands, has released an advertisement for the engagement of experts on a contract basis for the Financial Year 2026-27.
Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the following contractual positions:
1. Forestry Expert (01 Post)
- Remuneration: ₹40,000 per month (consolidated).
- Age Limit: Not more than 65 years.
- Eligibility: Bachelor Degree in Forestry/Environmental Science or equivalent from a recognized University. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in forestry works, plantation, or forest management. Working knowledge of MS Office, GIS, etc., is required.
- Roles: Assist in planning, implementation, and monitoring of Afforestation and conservation activities; support in preparation of Annual Plan of Operation; field inspections, data collection, and report preparation.
2. Accountant Expert (01 Post)
- Remuneration: ₹40,000 per month (consolidated).
- Age Limit: Not more than 65 years.
- Eligibility: Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) / Finance / Accounting from a recognized university. Working knowledge of accounting software, MS Excel, and financial reporting. Experience in government accounting/CAMPA/project accounting is preferred.
- Roles: Maintenance of accounts, bill & vouchers, and financial records; preparation of financial statements and utilization certificates; assistance in audits and compliance.
Selection Process
Selection will be carried out through a weightage-based evaluation system out of a total of 100 Marks (10th: 10%, 12th: 20%, Graduation: 30%, Experience: 20%, Interview: 20%), followed by an interview. Candidates will be shortlisted strictly based on the marks obtained, and only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. No TA/DA will be admissible for the selection process.
