HQANC Tradesman Mate (TMM) 2026: Provisional Reserve List Officially Released

The Ministry of Defence, Headquarters Andaman and Nicobar Command (HQANC), has officially announced the provisional reserve list for the highly anticipated Tradesman Mate (TMM) recruitment drive.

Originally advertised in late 2023 to fill a total of 362 direct recruitment vacancies, this new reserve list has been published to allocate seats left vacant by candidates from the primary selection list who either resigned or failed to join. The nominations are based strictly on the merit secured during the written examination conducted on 08 March 2025.

• Verification is Mandatory: All selections remain strictly provisional. Final appointment heavily depends on the successful verification of original documents (including Educational Certificates, Age Proof, Caste/Category validation for PwBDs, ESM, etc.) as recorded by the closing date of the application.
• No Immediate Guarantee: Receiving a call for a medical examination or document verification process does not guarantee a permanent employment slot in the Indian Navy.
• Communication Protocol: The administration is actively dispatching individual letters via registered/speed post to the addresses provided during the online application process.
• Legal Matters: Should any disputes or claims arise regarding these published results, they will fall exclusively under the legal jurisdiction of the Court/Tribunal located in Sri Vijaya Puram.

⚠️ Strict Anti-Bribery Warning

The HQANC strictly mandates that no bribes in cash or kind are required for these appointments. Candidates found engaging in canvassing or attempting to pay bribes (either directly or indirectly) will face immediate disqualification. If such illegal practices are proven after recruitment, it will lead to instant termination of service.
