Handling Group Logistics in Andaman

Bringing a large group to the Andaman Islands is an unforgettable experience, but it requires coordinating flights, island ferries, and ground transport months in advance.

  • MICE & Corporate Retreats: Sri Vijaya Puram (Port Blair) and Swaraj Dweep (Havelock) offer excellent 4-star properties equipped with conference halls, banquet facilities, and high-speed Wi-Fi (via the undersea optic cable).
  • Ferry Ticketing: Private ferries like Makruzz have limited seating. For groups larger than 40, you must block ferry tickets at least 60 days in advance to ensure everyone travels on the same ship.
  • Ground Transport: Taxis in Andaman are usually standard sedans or Innovas/Ertigas. For groups, pre-booking 15-seater or 26-seater AC Coasters/Minibuses is mandatory as their supply on the islands is highly limited.
