🚨 MAJOR UPDATE: Application Deadline Extended to July 15 for A&N Admin Jobs (2,251+ Posts)

Great news for aspirants! If you haven't submitted your application yet, the Andaman and Nicobar Administration has officially extended the closing date for both Matric (10th) and Higher Secondary (12th) level recruitment drives.

New Deadlines & Correction Window

• New Last Date to Apply: July 15, 2026 (for both Matric and Higher Secondary Level posts).
• Official Portal: erecruitment.andamannicobar.gov.in
• 📝 Correction Window Announced: The administration confirmed that a correction window will be opened after the application deadline closes. If you made a mistake in your form, you will get a chance to fix it! The exact dates for the correction window will be notified soon via a separate press note.

12th Pass Level

Higher Secondary Level Exams

Advt No. 02/HSL/2026 (Notice No. 4-12/2026-R&E Cell/214)

• Total Posts: 716 Vacancies
• Key Roles: LDC, Stenographer, Forester, Lab Assistant, IT Analyst, Village Level Worker, Patwari.
• Age Limit: 18-30 yrs (Group B) | 18-33 yrs for men, 18-38 yrs for women (Group C).

10th Pass Level

Combined Matric Level Exams

Advt No. 4-13/2026-R&E Cell/202

• Total Posts: 1,535 Vacancies
• Key Roles: MTS, Security Inspector, Staff Car Driver, Warder, Electrician, Cook, Peon.
• Age Limit: 18-33 yrs for men | 18-38 yrs for women.

💡 Essential Application Details

Application Fee

The fee is just ₹100/-. However, all female candidates, Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwD) are 100% exempted from paying any fee.

Exam Pattern (TBT)

Both exams will be a Tablet-Based Test (TBT) lasting 2 hours (120 minutes). There is a negative marking penalty of 0.25 marks for every incorrect answer.
